The Michelin Guide 2019 sees the Red Lion listed for the second consecutive year
We also been named as serving the Best British Roast Dinner in the Midlands and Wales by Unilever Food Solutions
We were selected as finalists in the prestigious Taste of Staffordshire Good Food Awards in the Casual Dining category
And if that’s not enough our Sous Chef, Megan, has been named as a finalist in the British Culinary Federation Young Chef of the Year with the finals taking place on Monday 5th November.
